    Mrs. Wanda Geiger Caddell

    November 21, 1956 - November 26, 2021

It is with deep sorrow that the Caddell family announces the death of her beloved mother, Mrs. Wanda Geiger Caddell, 65. Mrs. Caddell passed away peacefully on Friday, November 26, 2021. A funeral service to honor her life will be held at 4 o'clock on Monday, November 29, 2021, in Beauford Baptist Church, McBee, SC. The Rev. Tim Williams and The Rev. Larry Pitts will officiate. Burial in the church cemetery will be private. The family will receive friends at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home from 3:00 until 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 28, 2021. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to the Caddell Memorial Fund, c/o Mrs. Brandy Caddell, 1858 Sandy Run Creek Road, McBee, SC 29101. Wanda was born in Chesterfield County on November 21, 1956. She was the daughter of the late Richard Geiger, Sr., and Vernice Gainey Geiger. After graduating from high school, she worked in numerous jobs but found her calling working as a waitress, where her infectious smile and wonderful personality would light up a room. She made everyone feel welcome and special, but her true love was becoming a mother to her two beautiful children whom she added and loved with all of her heart, and would have done anything in the world for. Wanda was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and attended many of the games. When she wasn't cheering for the Atlanta Braves, her favorite pastime was the beach where she loved to take long walks, collect shells, and just enjoy the salt air. Wanda was an amazing daughter, sister, mother, and aunt. She has left a lasting impression on all of us, and she will be forever missed. She is survived by her loving children; her son, Richard Bradley Caddell; daughter, Brandy Montana Caddell; brother, Richard "June" (Juanita) Geiger; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jackie "Jack" Geiger; sister, Frances Regina "Jeanie" Kelly; nephew, Dustin Bradley; and her nieces, Dayna Geiger McCray, and Shelli Kelly. Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Directors are caring for the family.
