Funeral services for Mrs. Eatherree Hall Johnson Rast, 83, will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 11th, 2020 at the Spring Branch Baptist Church. The Rev. Buddy Amerson will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm prior to the service in the church. Ms. Rast died peacefully on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Born in Darlington Co., SC, she was a daughter of the late Georgia Hall Gainey. She was a member of Spring Branch Baptist Church, Christian Fellowship, and the Senior Adult Sunday School class. Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Evans (Frank); sons, Morgan Johnson (Verla), Freddie Johnson (Lynn); sisters, Vare Hancock, Blanche Gardner, Jean Gainey; brother, Lester Gainey (Betty); sister-in-law, Gail Gainey; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Knott Gainey, Clarence Gainey, David Gainey.
