Funeral services for Elzaleen Watson Hall, 74, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 at New Market United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jack Wilson and the Rev. Drew Rainwater will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home is serving the family. The family will receive friends Friday, March 5, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hall, widow of Troy Hall, died Thursday, March 4, 2010. Born in Marlboro Co., SC, she was a daughter of the late Henry Watson and Virginia Watson Cook. She was the oldest living member of New Beginnings Ministry.
Surviving are her sons, Wayne Hall of Hartsville, SC, Steve Hall of McBee, SC, Eugene Hall of Hartsville, SC, Wesley Hall of Hartsville, SC, William Hall of Landrum, SC, Gene Hall of Greer, SC, Tarryl Hall of Hartsville, SC; daughters, Teresa Dixon of Hartsville, SC, Janet Winburn of Hartsville, SC, Linda Faye Hood of Bennettsville, SC; 26 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Shirley Ann Hall and five grandchildren.
